S A Media LLC does not offer refunds. All fees paid for our website, dashboard, and paid-ad services are non-refundable. This includes initial deposits, project payments, milestone payments, monthly retainers, ad-management fees, and any work already in progress. By engaging our services and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Our work is service-based and begins immediately upon engagement. From the start, we commit significant time, labor, and resources — including strategy, design, development, copywriting, dashboard setup, ad-account configuration, and campaign planning. Because this effort and the committed resources cannot be recovered once work has begun, payments are not refundable.
Any deposit paid to begin a project reserves our team’s time and secures your place in our schedule. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, change of mind, or project delay on the client side.
If an engagement is paused or ended after work has started, fees for work already completed or committed remain due and non-refundable. We will deliver any completed work that has been paid for up to the point of termination, where practical and subject to the terms of your written agreement.
Amounts spent on third-party advertising platforms such as Google and Meta are separate from our service fees and are non-refundable. S A Media LLC has no control over refunds issued (or not issued) by these platforms, and all ad spend is the responsibility of the client.
For ongoing ad management or retainer services, fees are billed in advance for the upcoming period. Fees already paid are non-refundable. To avoid future charges, provide written notice of cancellation as specified in your service agreement before the next billing date.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at contact@samediallc.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback so we can review and resolve the matter directly. Initiating a chargeback for a valid, non-refundable service does not override this policy and may result in suspension of services.
By using our services and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. This policy forms part of your overall agreement with S A Media LLC and should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
